I'm in Arkansas

so we are in Arkansas for our February Break.. I know we are still getting use to having a feb break AND a spring break... but there you have it.. so it's fun.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEN!! thats the only sucky is we are here for hisb'day but KayLea and i took him out to lunch last week before we left.. so here's the scoop on our internet situation.. i can't post pic's on blogger with a dial up connection. or at least i havn't been able to figure out how yet.. so i think i might be able to do it at the Library when we are there each week for pre school story hour so i'll just post boring no pic post's and do pictures once a week.. we'll see how that goes
the house is great.. it has some quirks but we love it and the view of the frozen creek is awesome.. Ben and the boys cant wait until spring when they can fish it.. Ben is painting while we are gone and although i think we kind of got talked into the wrong paint (we got "super scrubble FLAT paint") i'm not convenced it will hold up with our mess makers but if worst comes to worse we can always get a satin and it should only take one coat... but we are deffenately going for color green in the kitchen/den area and yellow in the main living room... after the down stairs is done the kids get to pick what color they get for their room..
on a side note.. i've lost ALL of my favorites so i can't find some blog's.. i'm slowly finding them all again but it's amazing how much i miss them..
anyway it looks like our summer is alaready shaping up.. we are going to Provo in May for Ashley's wedding.. Cali in July for Sam's wedding back here in Arkansas for 4th of July for lots of family visiting.. and then we have cub scout day camp in between arkansas and Ca..and then we go back to school like the 17 of August.. although it's kind of a bummer having a short summer break (we arent getting out until june 18th as of now.. maybe later if we get more snow days) it's kind of good the kids won't have enough time to get bord (in theory anyway)...
so thats it for now.. i'll send pic's of the painted rooms when it's all done (i think we will be doing out part on stiumlating the economy with spending the stimulus money on new furniture... but we'll see)

Ok i've given up

ok so i've called all the biggie's about high speed and evedently i REALLY do live in the sticks because NO ONE will bite.. i was told with in a year when a new company finishes buying out Verizon then we MIGHT get high speed but of coase no one is going to say anything forsure.. the real bummer, we have to change e-mail addresses.. i've sent out an e-mail to everyone in my msn address book so if you didn't get it leave a comment here and i'll send you the new one.. i guess i'm a little scard to just post it here for all to see. (don't know why when i'm pretty sure there is all of 2 people reading this haha) it just amazes me that i could move less than 5 miles away and loose this GREAT service.. but i'll live.. frankley it's probably a good thing, i will have to really think about going on the internet rather than have it just at my finger tips 24/7.. now for posting pictures.. i havn't tackled that yet thats the next step when i have some time later this evening... more to come later then..

OK so they LIED to me!

Ok so i was told we were set for internet, i called to confirm last week.. still all good right WRONG!!! i'm too far from some service office or some garbage so now i have to find another company or go to the dreded DIAL UP!!! i'm afraid i'm doomed to the latter.. i'll keep you all updated.. the real issue is.. thats how i pay all my bills so i'm going to have to find pay offices etc.. ERRGGGGG!!!
so there's my rant.. everything else is going great.. we love the house, we are pretty much all un packed except for books which i'm waiting until we paint which we will start on this week.. then we are off to Arkansas for February break.. hopefully we won't bring the cold weather with us!!!

no internet until the 19th

hey guys,
i'm at the library now, and i'll probably be able to make it here every couple of days but we will be with out internet until the 19th (i know sucks eggs!) so thats why i'm awol! the move went pretty smooth, we are all in and surounded by boxes but i've got the boys room done YEA! and KayLea's room should be done by tonight.. the Kitchen is a mess but everything is unpacked (thats why it's a MESS) and amazingly the kitchen we boasted was more than twice as big is completely packed (don't ask me how that works!) but so far we love it.. the weather is getting bad and i have to go to the hardware store (we've been like a million times since moving in haha!)
But we've got the major purchases done, the washer and dryer and the snow blower.. the rest is gravy!
anyway i'll check in from time to time.. i'm not ignoring anyone just don't have easy access!
