update update

so it's been forever since I posted.. lots of things have happened.. first we moved.. sold the house.. and are in a town house now. the kids (particularly the boys) were not so happy about it BUT seem to be comming around to it (they don't have allot of choice in the matter)... Bens job will most likely be moving to Boston (although he is REALLY enjoying the very short 25 minute commute now) in the fall and with Brad going into high school if we were going to move NOW was the time. it seems to have worked out so far but I guess time will tell...

I finished working last friday.. it was a bitter sweet day i was sad to leave the students but it was a very draining year and I was glad to see it behind me. My plan for next school year is to sign up to be a substitute teacher/aid and see where i'd like to "be" then go from there. I figure the kids will need a bit more of my time and i'd like to volunteer in the kids classrooms etc. etc. so that will give me ample opportunity for that.

the BEST part of the move (for me) is that I am now living less than 5 minutes from my very good girl friend and the kids just love their kids and it had been fun hanging out.. I see a very fun summer in our future..

I am now in Little Rock where I dropped off the kids so I can attend girls camp again this year.. it starts on monday and it is already forcasted to rain (suprise, suprise, suprise!) but i'm in it for the long haul so i might as well not dwell on it..

the last thing going on in the Fox household is that Sheri, Ben's mom is not doing very well. she is hanging on but the prognosis does not seem like she can hang on for allot longer. that being said we are planning on going to CA in the not so distant future we just don't know when. it could go on for a while we think... so we are carrying on our summer with boys scout camps etc. etc. then drop everything and go when its time. Ben is doing OK.. he has come to accept what will happen.. I was speaking with MY dad a few weeks ago and we realized we are in almost the exact same famiy situation (age of kids, years married etc) that he and my mom were when MY grandfather passed away.. I always joke that certain things means "i guess we are really grown ups" I have to say though this is not one of those things I ever wanted to happen to prove that we are grown up!!! its going to be hard but the fact that we believe in Eternal Families is truly a comfort...

so thats all thats going on here.. I've got pictures of ballet recital to post of KayLea who was the most adorable mouse you've ever seen and i'll take some pic's of our new digs soon...

love to you all
