another snow day.. another day of fighting kids who LOVE to argue the total injustice of their very unfair mother who insists that rooms have to be clean prior to the TV going on.. frankley it's now 12:30 pm and the TV still hasn't come on.. i've gotten LOTS done! at least 5 loads of laundry, and put it all away.. i fixed the slip covers on the couches and now i'm catching up on my e-mail.. who says locking the kids in their room is BAD??? we have hit crutial moment of lunch time where i'm getting yells and tears that i am STARVING my middle son but i have developed thick skin and i know the 4 or 5 left over pancakes he had this morning will get him through at least a few more hours...
so if you've ever wished to live where you can witness the quiet snow.. take a page out of my book.. it snows 6 inches after spring is supose to already be here HA!

You need to come visit us. Our pool is almost warm enough to swim in (we need it to be about 75 degrees and it's at 71).
It's been beautiful, blue skies and warm, warm, warm.
I'll be complaining about the hot, hot, hot soon, but right now, it's nice.
ok no fair rubbing it in!!! frankley my kiddo's would probably jump in gladly to 71 degrees! they were outside in shorts and t-shirts at mom and dad's during feb break in 55-60 degree weather.. everyone thought they were nuts but they felt it was WARM...
Hi Ky, It's been awhile since we've chatted. I can't seem to find your new e-mail address since we got our computer back up and running. Your kids sound like my kids when it is time to clean up. Always seems like they suddenly become hungry or thirsty when it's time for work to be done! And of course there is fighting but no one ever does anything, it's always the other guy that instigated it. We are also getting another batch of snow today and supposed to get more tomorrow. Since we are up on the side of a mountain we tend to get more than Provo. Anyway, the kids are bummed this morning, but at least it is Sunday and they have to stay in anyways! We had a couple of nice days and the snow actually melted so Scott took advantage of it and took them all fishing a couple of times. Got some nice size trout that were pretty tasty. We have to go down to CA from the 18th to the 22nd to see Scott's Grandparents - they are really sick and we don't expect either to live through the summer.
