Well, Last week I was asked to serve as our ward's Primary President.. This week I was sustained in Sacrament meeting in between is kind of a blur... It is the first time I have been called as a President of an Auxiliary I have been a counselor in pretty much every organization and this new responsibility hit me square in the eyes.. I am thankful for a loving Heavenly Father that knows what I need.. I needed confirmation of my counselors and I needed it to hit me over the head.... I got it pretty quick thankfully and they all accepted.. Now onto implementing changes from the General Primary Presidency that we probably should have known before the year started (thanks mom for directing me to where to look!).. and putting my own spin on how work is divided etc.. I'm pretty lucky my Mom has had this calling many, many times before and she is an AWESOME example!!! I'm excited with a HUGE dose of humility and feeling completely overwhelmed and not worthy enough for such a task.. most of all I hope to help all of the children know of our Heavenly Father's love for them, I figure if I work hard to complete that last task then I'll be in good shape..

It's not as hard as it seems at first. When I was called, my very wise bishop told me that he knew I was crying a lot but that he also knew I would cry when I was released. Primary is such a wonderful place to be. Enjoy it!
Congrats! You will be sooo awesome! I think you will be in your "element"! I miss R.S., but I have been enjoying primary this past year and re-learning all those fun primary songs! (poor Theron has never had primary and is enjoying it as well!) Good Luck!
